NovoMove: Wayfront to GoHighLevel Sync With Smart Deduplication
NovoMove manages visa and immigration inquiries across Wayfront and GoHighLevel.

The Challenge
Visa inquiries came in through Wayfront but needed to live in GoHighLevel as well, and syncing the two systems manually risked creating duplicate contacts every time an existing client submitted a new order or ticket. Untangling duplicates after the fact would have meant extra work and a higher chance of inquiries falling through the cracks.
The business needed a way to route different ticket and order types correctly while still checking whether a contact already existed in GoHighLevel before creating anything new.
The Solution
The Web Hunters built a Make.com scenario syncing visa inquiries from Wayfront into GoHighLevel without creating duplicate records. A webhook fires when a Wayfront order or ticket is tagged, and the scenario pulls matching records from Wayfront orders, a NIF database, and a bank clients database, then checks GoHighLevel for an existing contact.
Routes split four ways based on ticket versus order type and whether the contact already exists, creating contacts and opportunities for new ones, updating both for existing ones, with tasks added throughout to keep the process visible.
Results and Outcomes
Eliminated duplicate contact creation across two systems handling the same inquiries.
