The Challenge
Work Hero needed a platform prioritizing security, access control, and workflow efficiency without unnecessary complexity. As a portal handling account-based operations, the site had to be built around login, onboarding, and task management within a restricted, secure environment from the ground up.
The company needed customers to move through onboarding and daily portal use efficiently, since a client portal that is slow or confusing to access undermines the service experience it is meant to support.
The Solution
The Web Hunters built a Wayfront (SPP) based solution with a custom frontend using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, designed around a login-first experience for secure account access and service management. The build prioritized clean, efficient flows for the login, onboarding, and task management functions the portal depends on.
By centering the architecture on secure, structured access from the start, Work Hero got a portal that balanced security requirements with a fast, low-friction experience for everyday client use.
