The brand focuses on improving comfort, safety, and protection for healthcare workers while also introducing environmentally responsible product solutions. Their mission is to redefine the standards of medical supplies by offering reliable, eco-friendly personal protective equipment and healthcare products directly to end users. To support this mission and enable online product distribution, Penguin Health partnered with TWH to build a scalable ecommerce platform that allows healthcare professionals to easily browse and purchase essential medical supplies.
Creating a trusted online platform for medical supplies
Penguin Health required a digital platform capable of presenting medical products clearly while maintaining a professional and trustworthy user experience. Healthcare professionals needed quick access to product details, safety standards, and purchasing options. The challenge was to build an ecommerce platform that highlights product quality and innovation while ensuring a smooth ordering process for customers across devices.
WooCommerce-powered medical ecommerce platform
TWH developed the Penguin Health Website using WordPress with Elementor Pro for flexible page design and WooCommerce for ecommerce functionality. The platform features structured product pages that highlight product specifications, benefits, and usage information. JavaScript and jQuery enhance frontend interaction, while PHP manages backend ecommerce operations such as product management and order processing. HTML and CSS ensure a responsive layout so healthcare professionals can easily browse and purchase products from both mobile and desktop devices.
