Counseling Support Services LLC provides culturally responsive clinical support and mental health services, along with online courses and ebooks.
Social Media in Action
The Challenge
Counseling Support Services needed to integrate three distinct pieces, therapy services, digital learning through courses and ebooks, and membership-based community engagement, into one platform without creating a fragmented experience for visitors and clients.
Each piece required different underlying functionality: secure client-facing information for therapy services, ecommerce for course and ebook sales, structured content delivery for learning, and access control for community features. Making all of this feel like one coherent platform was the core challenge.
The Solution
The Web Hunters built the platform on WordPress with Elementor Pro, layering in WooCommerce for ebook and course sales, LearnDash for course delivery, MemberPress for membership access control, and BuddyBoss for community features.
Together, these tools let Counseling Support Services offer therapy information, sell digital products, deliver structured courses, and run a members-only community, all from a single, coherent WordPress platform rather than a patchwork of disconnected tools.
Results and Outcomes
"The Web Hunters is your source for SEO/SMM and other graphic design projects. They have done an excellent job fulfilling needs of contracted services. There are reasonable and realistic time frames attached to each project, which always met or exceeded my expectations."
