The goal was to clearly explain how anonymous website visitors can be identified, engaged, and retained through compliant data capture and automation. Built with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, the website focuses on product clarity, strong conversion pathways, and performance-led messaging. Solutions such as Connect, Reconnect, Revive, and Personas are structured to guide DTC marketers through use cases and value. Integrations with Shopify, Klaviyo, SMS, email, and ad platforms reinforce platform compatibility. HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Stripe support lead tracking, performance measurement, and payment workflows.

The main challenge was simplifying a technical ecommerce data product without losing credibility. OpenSend needed to communicate visitor identification, compliance, automation, and revenue recovery in a way marketers could understand quickly. Another challenge was building trust through ratings, ROI metrics, integrations, and case studies while guiding users toward demos and trials. The website also needed clear product segmentation, fast performance, and scalable architecture to support future solutions, landing pages, and growth campaigns.
