As demand for online food ordering continued to grow, the business required a digital platform where customers could easily browse menu items and place orders. TWH partnered with Food-2Go to develop a modern website and online ordering system using WordPress and WooCommerce, enabling the company to extend its service reach and provide a smooth ordering experience for customers.
Enabling a reliable online ordering experience
Although Food-2Go already had a loyal customer base, it lacked a fully optimised digital platform for customers to browse menus and place orders online. Without a structured website and ordering system, the business was missing opportunities to capture online traffic and streamline the ordering process. The challenge was to create a fast, intuitive website that clearly presents menu options while allowing customers to place orders quickly and conveniently.
TWH developed the Food‑2Go Website using WordPress and WooCommerce to enable efficient online ordering. The platform was structured to highlight menu categories and food items while guiding customers through a straightforward ordering process. WooCommerce manages menu products, cart functionality, and order processing. JavaScript and jQuery enhance front-end interactivity, while PHP ensures stable backend operations. HTML and CSS provide a responsive layout so customers can easily browse the menu and order food from both mobile and desktop devices.
