What began as a passion for writing and online research evolved into a content agency serving hundreds of businesses worldwide. As the company scaled, WordAgents required a robust, user-friendly system to manage onboarding, purchasing, and client interactions efficiently. TWH was engaged to set up and customize the complete Service Provider Pro (SPP) dashboard, ensuring a seamless experience for both administrators and customers. In addition to the platform build, TWH continues to provide ongoing technical support, performance optimization, and website maintenance to support WordAgents’ long-term growth.
Scaling operations without compromising user experience
WordAgents needed a centralized system capable of handling increasing customer volume while simplifying service purchases and onboarding. The existing setup lacked intuitive workflows, creating friction for new users and additional manual work for administrators. The challenge was to configure Service Provider Pro in a way that aligned with WordAgents’ service offerings, reduced complexity in the buying process, and ensured smooth integration with their WordPress website. At the same time, the platform needed to remain flexible and scalable for ongoing growth.
Customised SPP dashboard and continuous optimisation
TWH implemented and fully configured the Service Provider Pro platform for WordAgents, customizing the dashboard, onboarding flows, and purchasing process to enhance usability and clarity. WordPress integrations were refined to ensure seamless navigation between the website and the client dashboard. Customizations in JavaScript, PHP, and jQuery were applied to enhance functionality and performance. Beyond the initial setup, TWH provides ongoing technical support, including website updates, content changes, and performance optimization. This proactive support model ensures the platform remains fast, stable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
