The company helps businesses grow by leveraging social media through strategic content creation, publishing, and optimisation. With a core internal team and a growing network of native English-speaking content creators and editors, operational efficiency and scalability were essential. TWH was engaged to implement a comprehensive Service Provider Pro (SPP) dashboard and redesign the website with a strong focus on UX, UI, and CRO. The objective was to streamline client onboarding, improve order completion, and maximise lead generation through a modern, high-converting digital presence.

TWH implemented and customised a full Service Provider Pro dashboard for 100 Pound Social, tailoring onboarding flows, order completion steps, and user interactions to improve efficiency and usability. The website was redesigned with a strong emphasis on UX, UI, and CRO, ensuring clear messaging, intuitive navigation, and strategically placed calls-to-action for maximum lead generation. JavaScript, PHP, and jQuery enhancements improved interactivity and backend stability.
