Mette Glargaard supports individuals on their journey toward emotional, physical, and mental well-being. To better communicate her services and values, Mette required a refreshed digital presence that felt approachable, clear, and professional. TWH was engaged to redesign and develop her WordPress website, aligning it closely with her branding while presenting content in a highly user-friendly structure. In addition to the redesign, TWH implemented email marketing through Mailchimp to support ongoing client communication and business growth, while also providing continuous monthly technical support.
Mette’s existing website did not fully reflect her approach or clearly communicate the range of services she offers. Content structure and usability limited visitor understanding and engagement, while the absence of an integrated email marketing system reduced opportunities for nurturing relationships with clients. The challenge was to redesign the website to deliver clarity, trust, and warmth, while also implementing systems that support long-term client engagement and performance.
User-focused redesign with integrated email marketing
TWH redesigned and developed a custom WordPress website that followed Mette Glargaard’s branding and presented her services in a clear, intuitive layout. Content was reorganised to guide visitors through her offerings and encourage enquiries. Mailchimp integration was implemented to enable email capture and targeted email marketing campaigns. Alongside development, TWH provides ongoing monthly support services, including website maintenance, content updates, uptime and security monitoring, malware protection, and performance optimisation. JavaScript, PHP, and jQuery enhancements ensure the site remains stable, fast, and scalable.
