The project focused on elegant visual design, a streamlined multi-step checkout, and flexible payment options to reduce friction and increase conversions. Alongside development, TWH implemented email marketing integration and continues to provide ongoing technical support—ensuring the store remains secure, fast, and optimized as the business grows.
Combining premium design with frictionless ecommerce
Lolle Design needed an online store that reflected its premium furniture aesthetic while maintaining a simple, conversion-driven purchasing journey. The challenge was to implement a multi-step checkout that improved usability without increasing abandonment, and to support multiple payment methods—including installment payments—without compromising performance or security. Additionally, the platform needed a reliable system for ongoing customer engagement and long-term technical stability.
Elegant WooCommerce build with flexible payments
TWH designed and developed a custom WooCommerce store tailored to Lolle Design’s brand identity. The shopping experience was optimised with a clean layout, intuitive navigation, and a multi-step checkout designed to guide users smoothly to purchase. Multiple payment options were integrated, including debit and credit cards and installment payments via ViaBill, increasing accessibility for customers. Mailchimp integration enabled email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and drive repeat sales. Beyond launch, TWH provides ongoing support including website maintenance, content updates, uptime and security monitoring, malware protection, and performance optimisation—ensuring consistent reliability and scalability.
