The challenge was to implement a multi-step checkout that improved usability without increasing abandonment, and to support multiple payment methods—including installment payments—without compromising performance or security. Additionally, the platform needed a reliable system for ongoing customer engagement and long-term technical stability.

TWH designed and developed a custom WooCommerce store tailored to Lolle Design’s brand identity. The shopping experience was optimised with a clean layout, intuitive navigation, and a multi-step checkout designed to guide users smoothly to purchase. Multiple payment options were integrated, including debit and credit cards and installment payments via ViaBill, increasing accessibility for customers. Mailchimp integration enabled email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and drive repeat sales.
